My days of riding the bus are finally over… over the weekend I got a car! I am so happy. After a year and a half of walking, taking the bus and taxis. Man I forgot how much I love driving.
Good-bye sucky modes of transportation…
“So, what kind of car?” you ask. RED! No just kidding… well sort of, it is red, but in all seriousness I now own a 2003 Pontiac Vibe. It runs great, looks good and is comfy to drive. It’s the nicest car I ever owned.
I am really feeling like 2014 is my year. I know it’s early yet, but I have this burning feeling of promise coursing through my veins. I cannot ignore it. I am generally happy, filled with a sense of eager anticipation. I just know this is my year of beginnings. Some will be temporary, some will be permanent, but they will all be exciting and I look forward to the changes and challenges this year is promising.
My wish for 2014, if you aren’t where you wish you were, may you find the strength to start over.
